Ghee(Clarified Butter) 110g / 1/2cup
Powdered sugar 70g / 3/4cup
Plain flour 180g / 1,1/4cup
Powdered milk 15g / 2Tbsp
Salt 0.5g / 1/8tsp
Instant coffee as needed

Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 13-15 minutes
