Every week I spend my days coaching design leaders. In these videos, I reflect upon common themes and questions that came up.

This week, when you have big plans, but don't know how to begin, try starting at the end and working backwards to identify key steps.

Also avoid meetings by qualifying their necessity and intent, ensuring clear agendas, and being clear about whether you are providing or receiving value. In short, make every meeting a workshop.
