The fundamentals of job searching don't change that much from year to year, but employers sometimes change their hiring practices. LinkedIn recently released its 2023 report on the Future of Recruiting. Dan Schawbel, who is one of the people who contributed to that report, joined LinkedIn News' Brandi Fowler on #GetHired Live. Schawbel, who is New York Times bestselling author and managing partner or Workplace Intelligence, discussed what job seekers need to know about looking for work during the coming year.
