Babycastles hosted a one mile foot #race to a #helicopter along New York's East River. Each racer ran for a #games or digital arts organization -- Tim Rogers as Action Button Entertainment, Toni Pizza as Indiecade East, Gwynna Forgham-Thrift as NYU Game Center, Nick Fortugno as Come Out & Play, Mark Kleeb as Death By Audio Arcade and Nick Montfort as Synchrony. The winner of the race rode the helicopter in a victory lap that circled the Statue of Liberty. The losers swiped themselves into the subway.
