The defendant says the plaintiff agreed to the roommate. The defendant believes that since she didn't cause the damage, she doesn't owe the plaintiff a dime.



Then, the plaintiff bought a horse. However, the horse didn't look anything like the photo, and his hip was injured, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff agreed to buy the horse sight unseen. Additionally, the defendant argues the horse wasn't actually injured. He was just stiff from being on the road for so long.



Plus, the plaintiff says the defendant, the father of her grandchildren, borrowed her car. However, the defendant allegedly damaged the vehicle, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims he maintained the car just fine while he had it.
