We have reached the final day of Crohn's and Colitis Awareness Week Day 7 and it is tiem for the wrap up! Today, we are talking about ways you can get involved w/ IBD awareness!

I've been diagnosed for the last 11 years and it is a big part of my life. It is a big part of my writing as well. Though I am mostly a writing channel, I love to talk about things that are important to me and my life.
