I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in December of 2010 and life with chronic illness is not easy. I have been through a lot with my diagnosis and felt the need to share it on my channel! I'm excited for you all to learn more about IBD (Crohn's and Colitis) and about me. Living with Crohn's disease is not easy and I struggle a lot being a chronically ill author.
