Pretty much a summary of quite a few events.

So yay, we get to see more of Aleah's mentor, he looks like a jerk but is really nice to her and will stand up for her a lot. And Ocean, you already know she went and ended up working for Luin.

Since Aleah is a guardian (this world's version of emergency services), her job is to arrest or kill everyone working for Luin.

There are quite a few other guardians that are important, you can usually tell if someone is a guardian because they will have a white jacket with a blue or brown shirt under it (the colors corrispond to their jobs)

As for the specific events in the video, I'll leave that for toy to figure out.
