Teardown, cleaning, and testing of a nice Gestetner Guillotine paper shear I found at Urban Ore in Berkeley.

Safety violations in this video.
1. Exposed sharps not handled correctly
2. No PPE used for handling petroleum products
3. Incorrect disposal of chemical waste (Cosmoline)
4. No SDS on file for lubricant products
5. Non sterile shop dressing.
6. No side shields on safety glasses.
7. No hand PPE during welding.
