Hey guys! Today I'm making some Springerle cookies! My Grandma used to make these for Christmas, and I was excited to try them. For dinner, we made a delicious new Asian-inspired meal - Kung Pao Chicken Meatballs! This was so easy, and so yummy!

- 1 C. Chicken Broth
- 1/4 C. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. White Cooking Wine
- 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
Chicken Meatballs:
- 1 lb. Ground Chicken
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 C. Panko Bread Crumbs
- To Taste:
Salt & Pepper

Garlic Powder
