*For the tacos, I don't have an exact recipe, but here is a list of what we used. The pork was super simple, and the sauce was thrown together to taste. Use your heart, and make it delicious!
-Pork shoulder roast, seasoned with sunflower oil, barbacoa seasoning, achiote seasoning, lime juice. Smoke time will vary according to the size of your roast, so a quick Google search will be helpful!
Salsa:
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 4 tomatillos
- 1/2 large white onion
- minced garlic, a heaping spoonful
- s&p
- some of the same seasonings used on the pork
- beef broth - 1/2 to 1 cup
- olive oil
- To complete the tacos, we used butter flavored flour tortillas, quesadilla shredded cheese, cilantro, and white onion.
