“Who would have planned for that? You can’t forecast this stuff.” It’s rare to get anything that remotely resembles the truth from any meteorologist these days, but that statement from Dylan Dryer is entirely accurate. No one could plan for casinos in the desert flooding in minutes, nor could anyone possibly forecast such an unnatural occurrence… unless you know and understand the In-Place Sequential Water Vapor Generation Cycle.
In 2015, there isn’t any rain on this planet (certainly no “flash flood”) that isn’t generated in this manner. It would be ridiculous in the extreme, for any meteorologist or climate scientist (with a name, face, and reputation to stake on it) to challenge that statement. As my viewers know, I don’t say anything I can’t prove, and as I said in the video – I do prove this every day.
There’s nothing mysterious about this. Anyone can prove it to themselves, by finding and watching your own local radar and satellite imagery. No matter where you are in the world, you will se the same thing. Wherever you are, you can see the same sudden in-place burst of Water Vapor, just before your local ‘Flash Flood’ occurs… guaranteed.
