ADeoxys-Attack has has always been an incredible wallbreaker in the ubers tier thanks to it’s insane offensive stats and superb movepool. Deoxys attack has always been a solid A tier pokemon in the ubers tier and a force to be reckoned with. nothing really wants to switch in to it as psychic resists or immunities will fall to one of its many coverage options. However deoxys attack fell of a bit in gen 7, where it is ranked B tier. Deoxys attack has returned to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet with the Indigo Disk DLC and might just be at its all time peak since gen 7 and has seen a lot of usage in the Gen 9 Ubers metagame, even with necrozma dusk mane being back and having a very high usage rate. So what makes deoxys so powerful in gen 9?
