Toxapex, a defensive monster in gen 7 & gen 8 dropped to uu for the first time as it could not keep up with the increased competition after losing scald and knock off. That not all, we have a lot of insane drops from uu to ru, like ou staples from the past rotom wash and manaphy, which is absolutley insane.
