Quebec City Trilogy, Part 1 Visiting the famous French bakery of Chez Paillard in Quebec City, Quebec. I went up into the kitchen and got to watch Thierry Trovatelli make his famous chocolate gelato. I left with lots of chocolate on my face. Wonderful!
