I just bought a new, deluxe coffee machine, with an E61 group, PID temperature control, and dual boilers, to mark our departure into espresso territory. I chose the Profitec Pro 600, and this video explains why I picked that specific make and model over the many competing options. I also just got a Eureka Mignon Libra espresso grinder, shown briefly, which I will review for you soon.
