GC4405 is a new optimized steel turning grade with outstanding plastic deformation resistance for high productivity and long time in cut.

The grade is first choice for high metal removal rates in stable conditions and provides exceptional productivity and tool life, especially in harder steels above 300 HB. Dry machining is possible in softer steels.
