Get to know all-directional Y-axis turning. A 3-axis simultaneous turning method, where the tool rotates around its own centre. The insert is placed for machining in the Y-Z plane and the milling spindle axis interpolates during turning. As a result, a complex shape or a pocket can be machined with one single tool.

In this demo you see CoroTurn Prime and CoroPlex YT tools in action performing this exciting machining method.
