*Not an actual GBC game, it's a Windows game made to look, sound and feel like a GBC game.
So, the main idea I had for this soundtrack was to have leitmotifs, that is to say, to repeat the same few melodic ideas throughout the soundtrack, but have various different takes on them that sound different from one-another, but familiar, this is done A LOT in the Mario series, and I'm a big fan of those soundtracks!
This town theme was the first stage theme I came up with, and it was here that I established the leitmotifs that you'll hear in every stage theme, you'll hear what I mean if you stay tuned, or well, play the full game!
