Just get 10 Bombchus from the Spirit Trial and use 5 Bombs. I used a cheat to have Infinite Bombchus to do this because I'm too lazy to start a new file and play up to there.
I've been able to do it with just a superslide and a backflip, but I haven't been able to replicate it.
