I found this out by accident. I thought you had to run across the wall there, when you really have to run UP the wall, and when I let myself fall I landed on that wall.
Note: Once you go down there and you're done fooling around, just run up the wall, jump to the chain, climb to the top, then fall. You will restart back at the top.
