In this video, I’ll show you how to make a DIY router table fence for the new Evolution R255TBLX table saw. This easy step-by-step project is perfect for DIY beginners and woodworking enthusiasts who want to save space while upgrading their saw with router functionality.
This custom router fence attaches directly to the original fence of the R255TBLX and can be removed anytime – meaning you can still use the saw as normal! The fence is adjustable at the front, allowing you to work with different router bit sizes, and I’ve also included an efficient dust collection solution to keep your workshop clean.
Made from 18mm MDF, this router table fence is budget-friendly, simple to build, and a great upgrade for your woodworking setup. Dimensions are shown step by step during the video so you can easily follow along.
