Here's a setup for holding the 4th item in a food tab, courtesy of @inamuffincup 's new tech. For this example I intentionally held a regular cooked food item to show what happens if you hold an item without a 3d model. Just make sure that slot has something useful like a Roast Bird Thigh in it and you should be ok.
Like with the previous video, have an inventory with 4 shields and a locked but populated armor tab via IST. Then, do the following:
1. Tap d-pad right, left, right.
2. Scoll with right stick 1, 4, or 7 tabs to the right. The 4th cell on the next page will be targeted by cursor.
3. Hit A to open shield prompt on whatever item is there, then "drop" it to hold the item.
