@mep_guy showed me a new technique for putting duct and pipe connectors in families - making families MUCH more easily customizable. In my opinion this is a game changer in terms of being able to have generic families that are infinitely customizable without having to build in a million reference planes and dimensions which make these families difficult to deal with.
