At some point as I was making these videos this series became full clear runs of each stage, so I wanted to fix the odd one out.
Fun fact: you can only perform a full clear of this stage the first time you play it. It seems that Plainclothes Welkin and Bruhl Watch Alicia are considered different characters than the ones used in the rest of the game -- before you get access to the 7th Platoon, they don't have any potentials. Bruhl Watch Alicia grants a CP, but 7th Platoon Alicia doesn't. With only 2 CP per turn on subsequent attempts, there simply isn't enough CP to take out 10 infantry units (unless the scripting for the first enemy phase moves enough enemies that can die to interception fire for enough CP to be saved going into Turn 3).
