In my last spare parts order from Octominer, I decided to pick up a spare fan controller since shipping was insanely expensive. Turns out, these controllers are basically just USB devices with PCIe power input and you can gain some cool tools through the mining API.
worth noting this board has ZERO fusing and a video I shot after buying this has shown these boards are potentially a fire risk and a hazard.
