this bad boy may be aging, but still has a lot of power, and remarkable efficiency on some algorithms. I test two of my eight new nvidia CMP mining 50HX cards on Kaspa, Nexa and Flux just to see how out of date those numbers are online. I highly recommend reaching out to sellers on Alibaba for bulk deals. I took a recommendation from Red Panda Mining and bought 8 from my own distributor in Hong Kong.
Turns out, pretty out of date info on these on the internet! great cards except the memory bottoms out at 5000MHz, and lolminer seems to be the only one able to control it reliably.
Best results are:
Kaspa: lolminer
--cclk 1510 --mclk 810 and a dashboard offset of 350MHz.
This yeilded 600MH/s at a software wattage of 90W and an efficiency of 6.666 MH/w
Nexa: lolminer and rigelminer, lolminer wins.
--cclk 1510 --mclk 5000 and a dashboard offset of 350MHz.
this netted 69.4MH at 129W software for an efficiency of .5379MH/w
Flux: MiniZ and Lolminer. lolminer wins due to being able to lock the memory, otherwise MiniZ takes it.
lolminer netted: 64.1MH/s at 130w with a --mclk 5000 config in the flight sheet, a 300MHz offset in the dashboard and a 130 PL. this OC set us up on the better binned cards, an efficiency of .493
if you want hashrate mode on flux use lolminer, set core to 1510, 350 core offset 5000 mem and send it.
