Ryu decides to try the upgraded Dragon Bird, but it's very hard to drive because two Reactors Might can't get a perfect power balance all the time. Then, once the Dark Matter Reactor has just 3 Reactors Might left to be complete, a disaster is already happening in the galaxy. Ryu gets that it's Black Shadow's fault and that Black Shadow's secret base is on the planet of the F-Zero Association, so he decides to go there to stop him...
