New glitch that I found. X can get really close to Magma Dragoon before the fight. To show it fully, I demonstrated it in 4 different ways.
Unfortunately this glitch probably isn't useful in an actual TAS.

Part 2 of my new TAS project, for the Mega Man fans. Low% means no hearts, E/W/Ex-Tanks, or any piece of armor.
