AEW's Kenny Omega, a known fan of Street Fighter, has inspired the returning Street Fighter 3 character Alex. Alex known for his wrestling moves like the knee smash, the hyper bomb and the DDT, has a new move!

His level 2 super is a direct reference to Kenny Omega's finishing move, the One Winged Angel, which is in itself a reference to the Final Fantasy 7 boss; Sephiroth. Not only did Omega's finishing move make it into the game, but the man himself provided the motion capture for the character!
