An IPLO active service unit carried out a gun attack on the Diamond Jubilee Bar on the Shankill Road Belfast, killing a UDA Volunteer Harry Ward and injuring several people. Their target was well-known loyalist and UVF leader John 'Bunter' Graham but he wasn't present, many C Company members were at the funeral, big donald hodgen and fat jackie thompson can be seen, who were in the top tier of the C Company leadership on the lower Shankill.
