The Water Replenishment District of Southern California is awarded more than $25 million as part of this week's announcement for Title XVI and desalination construction funding from Bipartisan Infrastructure. The funding is to expand the existing Torrance Groundwater Desalter facility to extract and remediate a brackish groundwater plume.
