http://www.fom.nl/live/english/home.pag The Foundation for Fundamental Research on Matter (FOM) promotes, coordinates and finances fundamental physics research in the Netherlands. The mission of FOM is the advancement of fundamental physics research within the Netherlands, including research inspired by possible applications, and research that serves the public interest or that of higher education. The foundation forms part of NWO, the Dutch national research council. FOM research is carried out at the three FOM research institutes (AMOLF, DIFFER and Nikhef) and in laboratories at Dutch universities.
