My friend had stilts when we were kids. What a blast! That occupied our time for weeks learning to use them and having fun with them! A great way to keep your kids busy. Stilts are easy to use and takes little time to master. Stilts build balance and endurance skills along with determination to learn. As your kid progresses, the height of the foot hold can easily be adjusted higher up the stilt to create more of a challenge. I can't tell you how much fun these stilts were when you're with friends having fun. Eventually my friend decided he was going to walk around the block on stilts to set a record. We were never able to break his stilt walking record but we sure made the attempt which is what making this great cheap outdoor fun toy for your kids is all about!! A great father and son or mother and daughter wood working project. Simple to make and you can do it yourself.
