The OptiPro Revel™ robotic beveling machine allows you to fully automate your optics beveling process, from pick to place. A blow-off station helps remove coolant from the tool and part after beveling, and a flipping station allows you to bevel both edges of the optic during one cycle without any interruptions. In this video, you'll see the different capabilities of the Revel:
- Beveling a round part in a cup tool using the traditional manual motion
- Flip process including blowing off the part and vacuum cup
- Beveling a round part on a flat tool using the optional spindle end effector
- Beveling a square part using a flat tool
