I made a full seafood and rice dinner in my Aroma rice cooker — and steamed cheesy cabbage tortillas at the same time!
In the pot: basmati rice, turmeric, herbs, onions, olives, whiting, herring, mussels, kale, and shrimp all cook together for a super flavorful one-button meal.
Up top in the steamer basket: wheat tortillas stuffed with cheddar and cabbage turn into soft, hearty steamed rolls — like giant dumplings!
Quick, easy, and packed with seafood flavor. Just remember to check fish for pin bones before cooking!
