This Full Body #HIIT #homeworkout can be used as a nice finisher for a longer workout, or, turn it into a full workout by doing 3-5 rounds. You'll need just a towel and a water bottle for this one! Begin this workout with the warm up, followed by 10 reps of each set:

Warm up:
- A1. Walkouts with rotation

Workout:
- B1. Dynamic Spiderman lunge - 10 reps
- B2. Chest to ground - back to ground - 10 reps
- B3. Hip extension to overheard reach - 10 reps
- B4. Modified Frog Burpee - 10 reps
