Fujifilm XT4 Review: Hands on, finally, with video footage tests. It has officially been announced. I met Fujifilm down in LA and was able to take one of the pre-production units for a test run for about an hour and a half. I played with the IBIS, Digital stabilization, the new bleach bypass film simulation, 240fps 1080p, and obviously the flippy screen and autofocus. I didn't have as much time as I wanted with it, but I'll be getting one into the studio once production units are available and will be running a bunch of tests and answering any questions that come up about it. The XT4 can produce identical image quality to the XT3.. it has the same sensor, and the same processor.. but it has a new film simulation, some faster frame rates, a bigger battery, a new movie / photo switch, and several other upgrades that make it worth the extra $200. No other camera has come closer to answering the call of a "perfect camera for youtube" - and this one looks like it's it.
