Animated around 8th Grade. I had huge plans for a full-on version of this and-- I mean, gosh, I think this is the most work I’d put into anything per-frame up until that point. I’d planned on this really elaborate Thief and the Cobbler-esque shot that panned in a 360-degree-ish way underneath this beautiful Venice-y canal during the “water flows under the bridge” lyric. I got as far as two frame of excruciating detail and realized I had no idea how to sustain it. I dunno, I always get so hung up on details. (Nothing has changed.) It was a Mother’s Day gift that quickly turned into a Christmas gift, hahaha. Y’know how it goes. Also, I’m very attached to this song and the other deleted Aladdin song, Count on Me.
***Skye has been serving a full-time two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He completes his mission in December 2018. Skye shall resume his Youtube activity in 2019.
