Ceph clusters emit a rich set of metrics and operational data, yet troubleshooting often remains manual, and time-consuming. In this talk, we present a systematic methodology for full-cluster analysis that brings structure and clarity to the diagnostic process. This approach provides high-level insights into the health and architecture of Ceph clusters, helping operators identify performance bottlenecks, misconfigurations, and systemic inefficiencies. We also introduce a CLI-based analyzer tool that supports deeper investigation from Ceph logs. Through real-world case studies, we'll demonstrate how this methodology enhances cluster understanding, accelerates root cause analysis, and enables quick incident response.
