For the French National Day (la Fête Nationale) I made a truly French 75 Cocktail - with cognac instead of gin. I used Delamain XO Vesper cognac and topped it up with Laurent-Perrier champagne. Can it get more French? Tell me in the comments.
Truly French 75:
• 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) Delamain XO Vesper
• 15 ml (1/2 oz) lemon juice
• Barspoon gomme syrup
• Top up Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée champagne
