This freestyle swim drill is slightly more complicated than Episode 3, but is great for improving timing of breath, back alignment, and more.

The 6 Kick Switch drill involves kicking 6 times to one side, then doing 5 strokes of freestyle, and then kicking 6 times to the other side.

Coach Dominic’s narration and to-the-point scientific approach allows swimmers to learn safely and efficiently about different strokes that will better their swimming technique. Drills such as this one are fantastic for more efficient swimming.
