Here's my take on the Freedom Frigate and how I use mine in PvP arenas. This was one of the better ships before the Intel revamp and still is, just with a few caveats now. It still has very high hull capacity and a unique Pilot + Miracle Worker seating arrangement, plus a lot of universal seating which makes it very customizable and unique for this type of build.
