In this video I go over a handy plugin that I found to help generate texture atlases. Texture Atlas' can greatly increase the performance of any game providing the images aren't too large, and are used very often in most AAA titles.

Full playthrough of our bioshock inspired game called undertow, unfortunately we didnt get enough time to fully complete everything, but we got it to a playable state within a week!
The theme was exploration and we had 7 days to build a decent game.
If you want to look into the source files use Blender 2.75a.
