Controlling behavior is when one person expects, requires, or demands another person to satisfy their own needs at the other person's expense. Controlling behavior is the weapon of choice of a Narcissist – although not all controllers are narcissists. A controlling person is like a puppet master. The puppet master holds all the control. He decides every movement the puppet makes. The puppet has no say in the matter. The puppet is entirely under the power of the puppet master.
