Out family went to Fredricksburg, Texas on June 4, 2025 and went to Fredricksburg Brewing Company. They brew their own beer which was very good. The food was good but different than what I am used to. The German potato salad had like a gravy on it and the bratwurst sandwich was served with cheese on it. Never heard of that.
