Our family went to South Padre Island for the buffet at Louie's Backyard. If you go toward the evening the views of the sunset are spectacular. The buffet is fair at best. The prime rib was very dry and overcooked. The crab legs were also dry. The layout of the buffet makes it hard to get around. My advice is maybe have a drink there and have dinner someplace else.
