I don't talk about reading slumps. There is nothing interfering with my reading except me. We were away in Scotland and now we're back and somehow I made zero progress with my book in all that time.

Mazal tov to Hailey and Sam on the occasion of their wedding. We had an incredible time celebrating with you.

So this is part mid-year freakout, part literary white whale non-update and part book haul in my year of not acquiring any new books. Not my finest moment.
