Arthur Miller and his writing was a key part of my late teens and early 20s. This week I finished Salesman in Beijing, his diary account of directing the first Chinese-language production of Death of a Salesman. It reintroduced me to his voice and his absolute mastery of the theatre and his own material.

I took this as an opportunity to review the texts of Miller's that I have enjoyed and all the productions of his work that I have had the privilege to see. The reason I kept all my theatre programs and ticket stubs for 30-some years was to make videos like this for myself. I had a blast!
