This video showcases the FRAU iDA project, winner of the Gender Equality Award at the Agricultural and Rural Inspiration Awards (ARIA) 2024, a landmark event of the EU CAP Network. This project was supported by funding from the European Commission’s LEADER programme. FRAU iDA seeks to promote women in Waldviertel and rural areas, making their achievements more visible. It provides different types of workspaces, prioritising permanent office rentals for women, at a central location in Zwettl, Austria. The project has developed a large women’s network, offering further education and professional opportunities.
